Mid Rogue Health Plan is proud to present the family of CareSource Medicare Advantage Plans. CareSource provides coverage that goes above and beyond original Medicare, and because of the extended benefits offered by CareSource, you enjoy superior care in many areas.
We offer plans that include the Part D prescription drug option. Since CareSource is the only locally owned Medicare Advantage plan, we provide local control and response to the health care needs of our community.
Local doctors are involved in your health care on many levels, and we are proud to be affiliated with the highest quality physicians, hospitals and providers to assure the best health care available. Our providers include: Mid Rogue IPA (Josephine County), PrimeCare (Jackson County) and DOCS (Coos County) for primary and specialty care; and all local hospitals including Providence Medical Centers in Portland and Sutter Health Hospital in Crescent City.
